Job Description
United Talent is currently seeking a Service Advisor for the Ashland, KY area. The Service Advisor will be responsible for accurately documenting the service needs of our customers, scheduling required work to a team of technicians and providing status updates to customers in a timely manner. The Service Advisor will also proactively seek service opportunities that will improve the customer' s RV experience and help to maintain the value of their RV.
The qualified applicant should be highly organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. The applicant should also be self-motivated, work well under pressure and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
-Customer service oriented.
-Positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate customer drop-offs and pick-ups.
-Create work orders based on information gathered from customer.
-Ensure work orders are complete and contain all required information.
-Review and close works orders for completed jobs in a timely manner.
-Inform Service Manager of repair issues as they occur.
-Manage incoming service calls from customers.
-Ensure billings are collected at time of pick-up.
