Local law firm is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to fill a key vacancy within their team. 

Duties will include:

  • Reviewing billing analysis
  • Review and process vendor expenses, travel vouchers
  • Invoice management
  • AP/AR
  • Review and entry of budgets 
  • Project Management as it relates to shared case loads
  • File Management
  • Resolve billing issues
  • Database Management (both internal and web based)

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Degree or related work experience
  • Prior experience in budgets and billing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Superb communication  skills both oral and written
  • Strong attention to details
  • Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required
