Billing Assistant

Urgent need for a temp to hire billing assistant for a local Charleston, WV business.
Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm. Pay will be based on experience.
 
The billing assistant position is part of the billing departments reporting to the billing manager or the firm admin. The billing assistant performs a variety of duties to support the firms overall billing activities.
 
All candidates that would like to be considered for the position must have an Associate degree or related work experience, prior experience in bookkeeping and/or billing, attention to detail, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access, must be organized and pay attention to detail, multi-task, excellent customer service, excellent communication skills, written and oral, ability to work effectively with all levels of people, ability to work in a team oriented environment, experience with Juris and electronic billing a plus.
