Agent Services Division Team Member (custom service representative) for an Insurance Marketing Organization in the St. Albans. The primary function of this position is to support our external partners, as well as the carriers and our internal marketing staff. Candidates must have prior experience in an office setting, be proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs, have impeccable customer service skills, and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent problem solving, consistent attendance/punctuality, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
